We always suggest washing garments inside-out, cold, with like colors. Do not bleach, dry clean, or iron.  Tumble dry low or hang to dry.

XChange Wear ships to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, and U.S. Virgin Islands. We cannot export.

Check your email!  You should receive an email shortly after you place your order, and you will receive another email with the tracking info. Please contact us directly if you have further questions.

We use PayPal and Stripe to process payments and we accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover).

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and typically ship within 48 or 72 hours of purchase. In some cases, it may take up to 7-10 days for you to receive your item.  Because of our fast turn around time, make sure to notify us immediately if you would like to in any way change your order.

Shipping is $8.00 for orders under $99, and FREE over $99.

Items must be unwashed and unworn (or unused) with the original tags attached (if applicable).  Returns are only accepted for a defect or quality issue within 14 days of delivery. Email us at        Info@XChangeWear.net for a return shipping label. We'll promptly replace a defective product.

Although the possibilities are nearly endless, we cannot guarantee utmost print quality on any non-standard product. Please be descriptive, and include whatever you think we need to know in order to accommodate your request. We’ll get to work right away and contact you after we’ve taken care of it.

We never sell any of your personal information. All credit card transactions are monitored and maintained by PayPal and Stripe.

Choose as many colors or designs as you like. There is no extra fee for additional colors. Also, we have no minimum order quantities and no set up fees.

No, we reserve the right to not print anything we deem inappropriate. This means no nude pictures of your ex, no hate speech, etc. Also, when you customize a product with an image, the system will prompt you to agree that you own the copyright, etc. over that image.  Since we’re choosing to follow the law, this means we unfortunately cannot make illegal, counterfeit merchandise. Sorry, but we plan to stay in business and stay out of jail.
