Returns

To return a XChange Wear product: Items must be unwashed and unworn (or unused) with the original tags attached (if applicable).  Returns are only accepted for a defect or quality issue within 14 days of delivery. Email us at Orders@XChangeWear.net for a return shipping label. We'll promptly replace a defective product.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receipt of purchase.  Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.  Since all of our products are custom made, we cannot simply take a product back and return or exchange it if for whatever reason you changed your mind, picked the wrong size, or want a different design, product, or color.
